Shipping & Delivery


  • Kapiti will make every effort to get your order to you in perfect condition. 
  • To do this, we will dispatch your order in a polystyrene bin, packed with woodwool and Chill Wrap ice replacement pads. Your order will be stored at fridge temperature until it is collected by the courier. The above measures will keep your items cool until they reach you.
  • We aim to dispatch your order so that you receive it one to three business days after placing it. Deliveries will be made Tuesday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. Please phone the store on 09 358 3835 if you require an item sooner. Additional freight charges may apply. 
  • We cannot dispatch to rural delivery addresses due to the extra time taken by couriers to complete the delivery. We are also unable to deliver to PO Boxes and Private Bags. We regret that shipping is not available to addresses outside of New Zealand at this stage. 
  • Any order which comes to less than $25 will be charged $10 for delivery to any urban address in New Zealand. Orders over $25 will qualify for free shipping.
  • We can ship to inner city Auckland addresses in one hour. Outside of the CBD, orders will be dispatched on an overnight courier service. 
  • Please place separate orders for each separate delivery location.  
  • A signature is required on delivery. If this is not possible, please provide instructions for where to leave the parcel. 
  • If any item you have ordered is out of stock or no longer available, we will endeavor to contact you to confirm a replacement. If we cannot contact you within a reasonable timeframe, a similar item of the same or greater value will be substituted. 
  • If you have not received your order within four days of receiving a dispatch confirmation, please send your order confirmation to kapitistore@xtra.co.nz and we will follow up with you.
